About 000-Leo Jewelry

000-Leo is a small, edited shop rather than a warehouse dump. Sunglasses, wallets and small leather goods, sneakers and heels, hoodies and tees, backpacks, belts and clutches — a few hundred pieces we have actually put up, not a supplier feed pointed at a website.

A small catalogue, on purpose

A couple of hundred pieces are live right now, and we would rather tell you that than dress it up. Eyewear is the largest single run — Cartier-referencing frames most of all — followed by wallets and card holders, then sneakers and pumps, hoodies and sweatshirts, backpacks, clutches, belts and shirts. Prices run from about US$85 to US$588, with most pieces between US$109 and US$189.

A listing goes up when it has a real photograph, a real price and the details worth knowing: the product type, the reference code where there is one, the material and the colour as the record states them. What we do not do is publish quality grades. You will not find "5A", "8A", "10A" or "top version" anywhere on this site, because those are supplier vocabulary invented to make a price look like a promise. If you want to know how two pieces differ, ask us and we will answer with what the record actually says.

Getting it to you

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and ship from our warehouse in China. Standard delivery is free worldwide to 246 countries and typically takes 10–20 days from dispatch; express is a flat US$30 and typically takes 5–10 days. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves us and usually goes live within 24–48 hours — a quiet link on day one is normal.

Everything ships Delivery Duty Paid. Import taxes and customs duties are already inside the price you paid at checkout, and nothing should be asked of you at the door. If a courier does ask, send it to us.

Paying, and what happens if it goes wrong

Card payments are handled at checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details, prices are shown in your own currency rather than converted at the end, and the checkout total is the final total.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we reship it free or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. Returns run on a 30-day window from delivery for items in the condition they arrived in, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Someone actually answers

Grace handles our messages — WhatsApp or email at service@000-leo.com, both linked from the contact page. Same person before the order, after the order, and when something needs fixing, with a reply inside 24 hours on business days. For an existing order, quote the number from your confirmation email; it starts with LEO.

Fit questions are the ones worth asking us first. Frame width against your face, whether a sneaker runs true, how a hoodie is cut — a two-line message beforehand is cheaper for both of us than a return afterwards.

Real talk about what you are buying

These are replicas, and against the authentic article they will differ. We are not going to put a percentage on it: we have no figure we could honestly defend, and a seller who gives you one to the decimal point is telling you a story.

What we can promise is that the page is not doing any work the product cannot back up. The photo is the item, the specification is what the record says, and where something is unknown we leave it out rather than guess. Order on that basis and the parcel will hold no surprises.

Two questions we get constantly

"Are you legit?"

Ask it. Then check it the way you would check anyone: read what buyers say in places we do not moderate, send us a specific question and judge the answer, and start with one piece if you are unsure. Buy on evidence, not on trust we have not earned from you yet.

"Why did the reply take a few hours?"

We are on China time and our customers are everywhere. A message sent while we are asleep is answered in our morning. It always comes — if it has been more than a day, resend it, because something broke on our end.

Where this is going
